Imán de Elevación Electropemanente (Tipo Batería) EPLMB Serie
Características:
- Tipo de batería: diseño de estructura de control electrónico con imán permanente, con Neodimio (NdFeB). No se requiere suministro eléctrico para mantener el electroimán encendido y proporciona máxima seguridad en caso de fallo eléctrico.
- Sistema de advertencia de seguridad a baja tensión, puede detectar la potencia de la batería de litio a través de la pantalla en cualquier momento.
- Con batería de litio a prueba de explosiones, el cargador puede ajustarse a 110V~220V. EPLMB-3000B se puede utilizar para operar 160 ciclos después de que la batería esté completamente cargada. EPLMB-4000D se puede utilizar para operar 100 ciclos después de que la batería esté completamente cargada.
- El magnetismo está dividido en 5 niveles, permitiendo ajustar el mejor nivel de fuerza magnética para diferentes piezas.
- El diseño modular permite expandir libremente el puerto de salida y el número elevadores EPLMB según la aplicación.
- Los números del EPLMB pueden ser operados por control remoto inalámbrico, pudiendo llegar hasta un máximo 10 unidades del Elevador EPLMB Lifter. En un entorno despejado, la distancia máxima del control remoto inalámbrico es 20 metros.
- Personalización: Bloque inductivo reemplazable será una opción alternativa según los tamaños o formas diferentes las piezas a trabajar para cumplir con los requisitos variados aplicaciones.
- Dispositivo sensor proximidad: Cuando comienza el izado y levantamiento no se podrá llevar a cabo ninguna operación al dispositivo control remoto inalámbrico para prevenir riesgos potenciales caída pieza trabajo causada por tocar accidentalmente botón.
Aplicación:
Adecuado para levantar y mover placas grandes hierro y acero.

(Special accessories are required-EPLM (D)-IB Series) - EPLM-D(B) can be used for operating 100 cycles after the battery is fully charged.

Induction Block: EPLMB-IB Series
- Induction Block EPLMB-IB series could be machining according to varies workpiece shapes to increase workpiece touch surface for improving lifting capacity.
- The EPLMB-4000D series can be used with different Induction blocks EPLMB-IB for the variety workpiece shapes required.
- Induction block EPLMB-IB Series can be replaced and used for various type of workpiece such as steel plates, iron blocks, molds, cylindrical iron or irregular castings etc. for more application efficiency.
When lifting round steel, the maximum lifting capacity is 2,000kgf due to installation of V-shaped EPLMB-IB.

- Spreader bars help keep large or irregular loads under control during transport.
- Can be free to set up position, numbers and distance of EPLMB according to the dimension of workpiece and application for lifting balance, safety and convenience.
